Order Process
Once you place an order on our website, the following steps are followed:

Your order is received and confirmed by our team. - Customization Process
We begin designing your photo frame based on the details and photos you provided. - Design Preview on WhatsApp
- A preview of your customized design will be shared on your WhatsApp number.
- This allows you to review the design before production.
- Customer Approval
- You are required to approve the design before we proceed.
- If any changes are needed, you can request revisions at this stage.
- Production & Dispatch
- Once the design is approved, we start final production.
- After completion, your order is packed and shipped.
Processing Time
- Design and customization: 1–3 business days
- Production after approval: 2–4 business days
Shipping Time
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Important Notes
- Delays in design approval from customer side may delay order processing.
- Once the design is approved, no changes can be made.
- Please ensure your WhatsApp number is correct and active to avoid delays.
