Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Jyoti Photo Frames, every product is carefully crafted and customized based on your order. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth experience for every customer.

General Policy

As all our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Different from what you ordered

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Images of the packaging (if damaged)

Without valid proof, we may not be able to process your claim.

Resolution Options

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement (redelivery) of the product, or
  • Refund to original payment method (processed within 7–10 business days), or
  • Store credit / gift voucher (issued within 24–48 hours)

The resolution method will be decided based on the issue and availability.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery attempts failed due to recipient unavailability
  • Minor variations in color, design, or finish (as products are handmade/customized)
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference after approval of design
  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed

Exchange Policy

We do not provide product exchanges, as all items are customized specifically for each order.

Verification Process

In certain cases, we may request:

  • Return of the defective product, or
  • Additional verification details

before approving a replacement or refund.
